Those, who fail to provide a local return address in countries including the UK, Spain, Germany, France, Italy, USA, Canada, Japan or Australia now default to Returnless Refunds.

This means that every return request for FBM order opened by a customer in one of the above mentioned countries will result in an instant full refund issued out of the seller’s balance, without the customer needing to return the merchandise.

While large sellers are able to easily arrange an expensive professional return-processing service, small sellers with an occasional international return will lose both their goods and payment.

Returnless Refunds Solution is intended for small sellers (Amazon, eBay, Walmart and other ecommerce platforms) who are anticipating to receive occasional returns across the company’s international platforms.

If you are a seller who typically receives less than 100 returns that get shipped back per year (add-on for more returns is available), then our solution is perfect for your business.

We are currently unable to accommodate large sellers with more than 1000 of anticipated returns per year (up to 100 returns for SUBSCRIPTION + Add-on's total).

Additionally, your items must be of a small size (books, jewelry, small objects, toys, fashion), that fit inside an envelope or small parcel. We cannot accept large, heavy items.

Yes! A local return address for returns is a requirement for both Amazon FBM and Walmart dropshippers.

Having a proper local return address as opposed to just refunding any complaining customer will help you prevent a suspension due to dropshipping.

Marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart or eBay can easily detect if you are operating a dropshipping business without requiring returns.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

INSTRUCTIONS:
Once you sign up for the Returnless Refunds Solution and complete payment, you will be e-mailed a list of dedicated local return addresses including the special customer code, which will help us tie buyer returns to your Seller Account.

You can then insert these return addresses into your Amazon Seller Accounts (or other marketpalces like eBay or Walmart).

Any returns which will be shipped to these addresses by your customers will be collected and carefully stored.

There is no deadline for you to retrieve the items. Eventually, you can have them consolidated and shipped back all together in one box (we will notify you by e-mail about date of consolidation). This will be subject to a return postage charge.

QUANTITIES:
As you know, only a fraction of FBM customer returns actually end up being shipped back to the seller. In most cases, customers don’t follow through with their return to actually send the merchandise back.

If you are a seller who typically receives less than 100 returns that get shipped back per year, then our solution is perfect for your business.

If you are going to receive more than 100 returns, you can either chose option to donate them, or purchase Add-on on our website for more returns.

TRACKING + INSPECTION + EXTRA COSTS?
Keeping the costs as affordable as possible is our priority. Therefore, we decided not to keep any evidence of parcel receipts.

No notifications will be sent to subscribers and we won’t be opening, photographing or documenting the parcels.

The primary purpose of our service is to provide you with a valid local return address for occasional international returns and enable you to get your merchandise back at some point (you will be notified by e-mail about date of consolidation and shipping your returns to you).

Other service providers who offer a complete returns service are typically charging expensive per item handling fees, which are very impractical for small sellers of low value items.

All our customers will have a personal code, which will be included in their address. This allows us to link returns to individual sellers.

Once a year, we will undertake a consolidation of returned items. Subscribers will be contacted and informed about the quantity of returned items and offered a consolidated return.
